Duties of the role include:
- Being the key client liaison for the operational team.
- Monitoring KPI’s to ensure they are achieved or exceeded at all times.
- Monitor call and data recording quality through regular audits and spot checks.
- Provide leadership through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure that the team are rota’d effectively in order to achieve client deadlines.
- Ensure team members understand their role and responsibilities.

WHAT IS IT
Many of our clients have flexible requirements around when they wish to utilise our marketing services and indeed how they wish us to engage with their client base. We at TBG:E have experienced steady growth in the past 12 months, even during the pandemic and we are wanting to speak with individuals that would like and, more importantly, be able to work some flexible hours. If you have the ability to work from home (we supply all the required tech) and would like to be part of our TBG:E Bench Team, please do get in touch.
You will have previous Team Leader experience in a telephone-based service or sales role and love communicating! All our work involves Outbound Dialling, so if this is something you are happy to do then let’s talk! No worries if this does not suit you; we genuinely wish you well, as we know it isn’t for everyone. We cover both B2B and B2C campaigns and our clients come from many an industry including Finance, Technology and Engineering. You could be making calls to customers in their own homes or indeed having direct discussions with business leaders.
